The selection process began with an online assessment conducted in April, which comprised multiple-choice questions covering computer fundamentals and two coding challenges. The coding challenges focused on arrays and priority queues, featuring problems of easy to medium difficulty level commonly found on platforms such as LeetCode. Upon successfully passing the online assessment, participants were required to attend a series of sessions throughout May. These sessions were led by Adobe engineers and covered a range of topics, including Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Database Management Systems (DBMS), statistics, and interview preparation. Attendance at these sessions was mandatory, and full participation was necessary to qualify for the subsequent interview stage. The final stage of the process was a technical interview conducted online after one month of completion of the program. Upon successful qualification in the interview round candidates are offered product intern role at Adobe in the next summer.
